Tonight we took Madeline to see Toy Story 3. It was much more touching than I expected it to be! I won't say anything else about the movie right now because I am sure there are many who have not seen it but...
As we were leaving the theater I was carrying Madeline on my hip and she said, "I'm not ever going to leave you and Daddy because you are my very best friends."
Just wanted to make sure and document that. Tonight Madeline is 4 and a 1/4 and everything is perfect.
And as a side note- my stuffed animals got to come out of their box (in the top of Madeline's closet) and sleep with her tonight. The Velveteen Rabbit and Uni are very happy I am sure.
